Abstract：The"Thousand-MyriadProject"highlights"eadershipbythePartyandgovemment，collborationamongall parties，ierarcicalesponsibilityandsharedonstructionandenefts"，andisalong-terandsystematic"virtuousgovance project".Thevillge-basedworkteamsserveasabridgeandlinkbetweennationalgovernanceandvllagers'self-governance， actasa"propellr"forimprovingulti-partygovernanceanddevelopingthecapacityof gasrotsself-goverance，andarethe backboneforceincomprehensivelypromotingruralrevitalization.Basedonthepracticalexperienceofthevilage-basedwork teaminapplyingthe"Thousand-MyriadProject"，thisarticletakes"preventingpovertyrelapse，"promotingrevitalization"and "cutingofftherootofpoverty"asthekeypoints，anddeplyandperstentlypromotesthe"precision"，"breadth”and"depth" oftheasstancework.Tisillfurtherstiulatethevillagersintalmtivationtogovethevillgeandpromotethpathof increasingagriculturalefciency，ruralvitaltyandfarmers'income，servingasa"guide"forstrengtheningthevillgend enrichingthepeople.Byimplementingitinthe"Thousand-MyriadProject"，adheringtotheorganizationaladvantagesof"Party buildingleadership"and"co-constructionandsharing"，promotingtheoptimizationoftheuralgoverancestructure，highlighting respectforpublicopinion，safeguardingpeople'sinterests，andstrengtheningpeople'smanagement，aruralsocialgovemance paternof"coconstruction，cogoveanceandsharing"isconstructed.Tisdemonstratesthepowerfulpoliticalandinstitutional advantagesofthePartysleadershipandcanbecomeanimportantorganizationalfoundtionforruralgovemance.Promotethe modernization of China through the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
