Abstract：Basedonthecurrentstatusofsmartagricultureandschool-enterprisecooperationincolegesanduniversitiesin thecontextofnewagriculturalscienceinChina，andcombinedwiththecurrentstatusoftobaccoprofessonaltalenttrainingat ZhengzhouUniversityofLightTechnologyandindustryneeds，theresearchatemptstouseschol-enterprisecooperationasthe entrypointtoestablishaninterdisciplinaryprofessioalcommiteetouildasmarttobaccoprofessoaltalenttrainingsstemBy revisingprofesioaltrainingplans，improvingthteachrteamsupptingprofessionalconstructionimprovingteacingrouces anddigital platformssupporting professonalconstruction，reforming teachingcontentand methods，caryingout "online + offline" hybridteachingandvirtualsimulationteaching，andimprovingschool-enterprisecoperation.Thesafetyandenvironmental protectionsysteintheprocesofcooperationwillcompreensivelyimprovethqualityoftalenttrainingandefectivelypromote students‘ employment and entrepreneurship.
