植物遗传学课程“五融合”混合式教学创新与实践

Abstract:Plantgeneticsservesasthecoreandcornerstoneofmodemagriculturalscience,shoulderingthecrucial responsibilityofcultivatingtop-tierinnovativetalentsforChina’sfoodsecurityandtherevitalzationoftheseedindustry. However,traditionalteachingmodelsareconfrontedwithseverechalengesandstrugle tomeetheurgentdemandofthenew erafornew-typetalentswhounderstandandcareaboutagriculture.Toaddressthethreemajorteachingissues,namely"students majoringinagriculturebutnotcaringaboutit,notunderstandingit,andnotbeingproficientinpracticalagriculturalskis",the teamhasadheredtothefundamentaltaskof"fosteringvirtuethrougheducation".Aftereightyearsofdedicatedreformand iterativepractice,theyhavesystematicallybuiltanewcuiculum-basedtalentcultivationmodel.Thismodeltakes"value guidance"asitscorefoundation,"student-centered(OBE,Outcome-BasedEducation)”asitsbasicconcept,"teaching reconstruction"asitskeystrategy,"guidance-leaingcompetitionresearch-inovation”asitsimplementationpath,and"five integrations"asitscoremeasures.Thisintiativehasachievedfull-chainandsystematicinnovationcoveringconcepts,systems, paths,admethods,providingareplicableandpromotableexampleforthereformof higheragriculturaleducationinthenewera. Theachievementhasrealizedtheinnovationoftheintegratedtalentculivationpathof"gudance-learning-competition-esearchinovation"andtheinnovationofthehybridteachingparadigmof"fiveintegrations",yieldingexcellenttalentcultivationsults. IthasbeenreportedbymajormediaoutletssuchastheNewHunanClient,andpossessshighacademicstandardsaswellas significant promotion and application value.
