Abstract：Theoceanisa strategiccoreareaforpromotinghigh-quality development.Todevelopthe marineeconomy， protecttemarineecologicalenvironment，andacceleratetheconstructionofamarinepower，itisnecesarytocultivatehighqualitymarineprofessionalandtechnicaltalents.Theimprovementofthepracticalabilitytrainingsystemforpostgraduate studentsinfisherydevelopmentinhighereducationinstitutioshasmulti-dimensionaltrategicsignificane.Fromthepespectie ofeducationalgoverance，thisisakeyapproachtofulfilingthefundamentaltaskofultivatingvirtueandfosteringtalentin theneweraandpreciselymeetingthetalentdemandsofthemodernfisheryindustry.Fromtheperspectiveofdiscipline construction，thetalentcultivationmodelofthefisherydevelopmentfieldsscienceandtechnologysmallcourtshascreatively brokenthoughtheinstiutionalobstaclesofoutdatedtraditionalfisheryprofessonalmasterstrainingconcepts，singlepaths，and thedisconnectionbetweeindustryandeducation，providingatheoreticalinovationsamplefortheconotativedevelopmntof aquaticsciencedisciplines.Fromtheperspectiveofindustrialservice，itenhancesthetechnicaltransformationcapabiliesof postgraduatestudents，suesfullyfilingthegapinthecoectionbetweenthefisheryinovationchainandtheaplicationand promotion chain， and achieving the sustainable and healthy development of the blue economy.
