外源赤霉素对干旱胁迫下矮牵牛幼苗生长的影响

Abstract:Toinvestigate theeffectsofexogenousgibberellcacid(GA3)onthegrowthof petuniaseedlingsunderdrought stress,thisstudyusedtisse-culturedpetuniaseedlingsasexperimentalmaterials.Theplantsweresubjectedtonormalwater treatment(CK control group) and drought stress treatment( 20% PEG6Ooo). Under drought stress conditions,diferent mass concentrations of exogenous GA3 (0,25,50,100,and 200mg/I )were applied to the seedlings.After three days of treatment, growth,physiological,andbiochemicalindicatorsweremeasured.Theresultsshowedthatunderdroughtstress,plantgrowthdata andleafstomatalareadecreasedsignificantly,whileleafstomataldensity,solubleproteincontent,malondialdehyde(MDA) content,and antioxidant enzymeactivitiesincreasedsignificantly.With increasing concentrations of exogenous GA3, parameters suchasstemandleafgrowth,leafstomatalareasolubleproteincontent,andantioxidantenzymeactivitessignificantlyrcovred, whileleaf stomataldensityandMDAcontentdecreasedmarkedly.ThestudydemonstratesthattheaplicationofexogenousGA 3 can:alleviate drought stress in petunia seedlings,with 50mg/L GA3 showing the most effective results. This research providesa theoretical basis for improving drought-resistant cultivation techniques in petunias.
