Abstract：AsthenewforceandthemainforceforfuturedevelopmentoftheteachingstaffoftheChineseHerbalMedicine CultivationandIdentificationmajor，thequalityandabilityofyoungteachersdirectlyafecttheteachingqualityandtalent cultivationlevelofthemajor.Thisstudyaimstodeplyanalyethecurrntsituationofthetrainingofyoung teachersinthe fieldofChineseherbalmedicinecultivationandidentificationinthecontextofthecros-constructionofnewagricultureandnew medicine，acuratelyidentifytheexistingproblems，andproposepracticalandfeasibleoptimizationpaths.Througha comprehensiveanalysisofthecurrentsituationoftheconstructionoftheyoungteachers'teachingstaf，includingaspetssuchas interdisciplinaryknowledge，professonalpracticalability，researchfedbacktoteaching，andassessmentandevaluation mechanisms，theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofyoungteachersindimensionssuchasknowledgestructure，practicalabilityand teachingmethodsareclarified，layingasolidfoundation forproposing targetedoptimizationstrategiesinthefuture.
