Abstract:AsthenewforceandthemainforceforfuturedevelopmentoftheteachingstaffoftheChineseHerbalMedicine CultivationandIdentificationmajor,thequalityandabilityofyoungteachersdirectlyafecttheteachingqualityandtalent cultivationlevelofthemajor.Thisstudyaimstodeplyanalyethecurrntsituationofthetrainingofyoung teachersinthe fieldofChineseherbalmedicinecultivationandidentificationinthecontextofthecros-constructionofnewagricultureandnew medicine,acuratelyidentifytheexistingproblems,andproposepracticalandfeasibleoptimizationpaths.Througha comprehensiveanalysisofthecurrentsituationoftheconstructionoftheyoungteachers'teachingstaf,includingaspetssuchas interdisciplinaryknowledge,professonalpracticalability,researchfedbacktoteaching,andassessmentandevaluation mechanisms,theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofyoungteachersindimensionssuchasknowledgestructure,practicalabilityand teachingmethodsareclarified,layingasolidfoundation forproposing targetedoptimizationstrategiesinthefuture.
