Abstract:Thisstudyusedsteam-explosioncolaborativecarbonizationtechnologytotreatstrawandlivestockandpoultry manuretoproducesubstraterawmaterials,andpreparedcarbon-basedfunctionalnutrientsubstratesthroughaerobiccomposting fermentation.Duringtheerobiccompostingfermentationprocess,diferentmicrobialinoculantswereaddedtoexploretheipact fdiferentmicrobialinoculantsontheaerobiccompostingefectofsubstraterawmaterials,andprovideascientificreferencefor optimizingtheprocessparametersforpreparingcarbon-basedfunctionalnutrionalsubstratesbyaerobiccompostingofsubstrate rawmaterials.Thestudyfoundthatthetemperatureofthepilesaddedwithmicrobialinoculantsincreasedfasterandmaintained foralongertime.ThepeaktemperatureofthepilesinthecompositemicrobialinoculantCgroup(Bacilussubtilis:Trichoderma reesei:Streptomycin microflavus is 1:1:1) It can reach 759C ,and the duration of greater than 50cC can reach 11 days.The addionofmicrobialinoculantsaceleratedthedeclineofwatercontentinthepile,withinoculantCdecreasingthefastestThe (20 pH ofeachgroupincreasedfirstandthendecreased,reachingitspeakaround1Odaysaftercomposting,risingfrom7.7to8.5 to8.9.TheC/Nratioofthepileswithmicrobialinoculantsdroppedfaster.TheC/Nratioof inoculantC>inoculant B> inoculant A >EM inoculant>control group.TheC/N ratioof inoculant C dropped fromtheinitial 28.5 to8.1.Thegermination index (GI) value of the nutrient substrate treated with inoculant C could reach 89.6 % ,which was significantly better than that of othergroups.ItcanbeconcludedfromthechangesofeachindicatorthatthecompoundmicrobialinoculantChasthebest effect in the aerobic composting fermentation process.
