Abstract:Inordertoaccelerate thehighqualityandefficient developmentofagricultural mechanizationinChina,the relationship betweenagriculturalcarbonemision eficiencyandagricultural mechanization is explored.This studyselected paneldata from 31 provinces in China,usedcarbonemisionfactor methodand Super—SBMmodel tocalculate agricultural carbonemission eficiency,andusedcoupling coordinationandTobitmodel toidentifyandanalyze the spatiotemporal coupling coordination statusanddriving factorsofagricultural carbon emisioneficiencyandagricultural mechanization.Theresults show thatinterms ofthe time series,thecoupling degreebetween agriculturalcarbon emission eficiencyandagriculturalmechanizationinChina presentsafluctuatingupward trend,whilethecoordination indexof the twofluctuates slightly downward.Thecoupling coordination degree shows a relatively gentle performance.The change rangefromlarge tosmalliscouplingdegree,coordinationindex,andcouplingcoordinationindex.From the perspectiveof spatialcharacteristics,thecouplingandcoordinationrelationship betweenagriculturalcarbonemissioneficiencyand agriculturalmechanizationin China presents thefeatureof unbalancedregional development.In termsof drivingfactors, the positivedrivingfactor isagriculturaloutput value,andthe negativedrivinginfluencing factorsaretheplantingareaof crops,large-scale operationofagriculturalland,andtheinternal structureof theprimaryindustry.In thisregard, suggestionsareputforwardinpromotingthecoodinated mutual promotionof thetwo,strengthening thecoordinated interactionamong regions and formulating diferentiated policies,with theaimofachieving the coordinatedand healthy development of agricultural modernization and agricultural low-carbonization as soon as possible.
