Abstract:Inordertofurther studythe influenceof operating parametersontheperformanceof thesoil cultivationdevice ofcotoncultivator,basedon theexplanationof its structural compositionand working principle,a single factor experiment was carriedout with the soil cuter speed,operating speed,operating depth,andsoil guideplate angle as experimentalfactors,and thecrushingrateand soil heightqualificationrateas evaluation indicators.Theinfluenceof each factorontheevaluation indicators was explored,and therange of values foreach factor was determined.Acording to the Box—Behnkenexperimentaldesign principle,a four factor thre-level response surfaceanalysis method wasused to establishregressionequations betweeneach factorandevaluation indicators,andthe interaction betweeneach factorwas analyzed.The optimalcombination of operation parameters was determined using amulti index optimization methodand verifiedthrough experiments.Theresults show thattheoptimal combinationofoperating parameters for the soil plowing device is: the speed of the soil plowing blade is 273Δr/min ,the operating speed is 3.8km/h ,the operating depth is (204号 99mm ,and the angle of the soil guide plate is 74∘ .Under the optimal parameter combination,the average soil fragmentation rate and soil height qualification rate of the soil cultivation device are 90.99% and 93.89% ,respectively.
