茶农对产业链组织的参与选择行为及影响因素研究

——基于德江县的问卷调查

Abstract：The developmentof special industries isanimportant waytorealizerural revitalization.Itrequires focused efortsonleveraginglocalresources topromotecomprehensiveruralrevitalization.Thisstudyexplored thefactorsaffecting teafarmers'choiceof industrial chain organization models in Dejiang County，Guizhou Province.Usingquestionnaire surveysand binarylogisticregresionmodelanalysis，wefound that：educationlevel showed statistical significanceatthe 5% level，while tea farming as primary income source was significant at the 10% level；labor participation，the annual income from tea，and the planting area were all significantly positively affected at the 1% level；whereas the challenges in governmentorganizationof pest control training，information management，and inventory management were negatively correlated with the 5% level;sales relationships with tea planting and processing enterprises exhibit negative correlations at the 10% and 1% levels，respectively.Moderating effect analysis further revealed positive interactions between education andgovernment subsidies，educationandsalesrelationships，pest control trainingand salesrelationships，as wellas between various management chalenges.Conversely，negative interactions emerge between annual tea income and planting area，and annual tea income and sales relationship.Based on these findings，we proposed policy recommendations focusing ontalentcultivationand skill enhancement，agricultural machinery service promotionand modernization implementation， and industry chain integration to facilitate the modernization of the tea industry in Dejiang County.
