Abstract:Aiming attheproblemof uneven sprayingof pesticidesandlow inteligence when the operating speedof traditional plant protection sprayers changes,avariable spraying system basedon PWMcontrolis designed to solve the problemof waste of pesticide resources.Thesystem uses asingle-chip microcomputer as thecorecontroller,and automatically adjusts the PWM dutycycle of the solenoid valve through the information fed back by the speed sensor, therebyaccurately controling the spray amount.The system includesa medicine box,a medicine pump,a controllr,a solenoid valve,a speed sensoranda touch screen fordisplaying and setting parameters.The experimental results show that when the pressure of the liquid pipeline is 0.2MPa , 0.4MPa and 0.6MPa ,and the frequency of the spraying solenoid valve is 6Hz 8Hz and 10Hz ,the flow rate is measured and the flow results are fitted.The 6Hz flow fitting coefcientof determinationis thebest,which isO.965O3,0.98565andO.98563,respectively.In adition,in the bench test,when the driving speed changes in the range of 3-5km/h ,the spraying flow rate changes little,and the spraying effect is uniform,which meets the actual needs of agricultural operations.
