Abstract:Tosolvetheunstable fertilizationdepthof theintegrated tilage,preparationand sowing machine,astratified deep-pine fertilizer shovel was designed.Aplication scheme for the stratified use of diammonium phosphate,potaium sulfateslow-releasefertiizer,andurea slow-release fertilizer werealsoadopted,whichallowsthecorn toabsorb the appropriate nutrients during diferentgrowth periods,thusincreasecorn yields.Through theoretical researchand parameter calculation,thecorecomponentsand mainoperating parametersof thelayered subsoiling fertilization shovel wereconfirmed,andthekeyfactorsaffcting thefertilizationfectofthelayeredsubsoiling fertizationshovel were determined,including thetensionangleofthewingshovel,thelower fertilizer tubeangleandthe machine working rate. Thedeviationcoeficientoffertilizationdepthofeach layerwastakenasthetestevaluation standard,andthethree-factor five-levelquadraticorthogonalrotationcombinationtestwascariedoutbyusingthediscreteelementmethod.Theresults showedthat when the tensionangle of the wing shovel,the lower fertilizer tube angle and the machine working rate were 14∘ , 60.5∘ and 5.5km/h ,the deviation coeficients of fertilization depth of the upper,middle and lower layers were 4.03% , 3.13% and 6.27% ,respectively,which indicated that the fertilization efect met the design requirements.
