基于三维重构的还田秸秆空间分布测试技术研究

Abstract:Theuniformityof returning straw distribution insoilhasan important impactonsoil structure,nutrient distributionandcropgrowth.However,there isstillalackofcompleteandapplicabletestingandanalysis technology for returmingstraw spatial distributioninsoilTherefore,this paper discusses themethodofcombining the straw 3D coordinate digitizer with the MATLAB software tobuildasetof testandanalysis technologyofstraw spatial distribution. Theoperationprocessofthis technologyis tousetheself-designedstraw3Dcoordinatedigitizertoobtainthedistribution data of straw in soil,and importthe test data intoMATLAB software forquantitative and visual analysis of straw spatial distributionunderlayeredsegmentationandoverallsegmentation.Theapplicationefectof thistechnologywasexplored bytaking the rotary tillage treatment of four lengths of straw of 5cm (T5), 10cm (T10), 15cm (T15)and 20cm (T20)as an example.The results show thatthe test technology is easy to operate,stable and reliable,andcan provide milimeterresolution;Underlayeredandoverallsegmentation,theuniformityof strawdistributiondecreasedwiththe increase of straw length.T5 had the smallest coefficient of variation( 8.2% and 68.1% )andT2O hadthe largest coefficient of variation( 65.1% and 96.6% ) under two kinds of segmentation. This test technology can accurately quantifythe spatialdistributionuniformityof returming strawand visually displaythe acumulationanddispersionof straw in soil,which can provide a reference for the detection of the distribution quality of returning straw Keywords:straw returning;spatial distribution;3D reconstruction;uniformity;visualization
