山地蔬菜移栽机液压调平系统研究

Abstract:A hydraulic leveling control solution formountainous vegetable seedling transplanting machines was proposed to addresstedificultyinachievingadaptivelevelingincomplexagriculturalterrainconditionsunderhillyandslopedareas. Thesystem utilizes dual-axis inclination sensors and laser displacement sensors tocolect slopeanglechange information. After procesing,thePLCcontrol system controlstheelectro-hydraulicservovalves to change thedisplacementof the hydrauliccylinderpiston rod,thereforedriving thelifting mechanismon both sidesof the platform toadjust the postureof the transplanting machine.The control system was jointly simulated using AMESimandMATLAB/Simulink,followed by experimental verification. The results showed that the average time leveling was 21s ,and the deviation of the inclination angle of the vehicle platform after leveling was controlled within 0.5∘ . The response speed and stability of the hydraulicsystemmeet thelevelingrequirementsof vegetable transplantingmachines in hillyandslopedareas.The multi-software joint simulationapproach for system modelingand control can efectively improve the simulation accuracy, providing valuable reference for future designs of leveling systems in agricultural machinery.
