Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemofpoorfiling efect whenhorizontaldiscseed seeder works slowlyinthefield,a cone disc type soybeanprecision seed metering device is designed.By taking advantage of thecharacteristicsof the cone-shaped disc seed distribution mechanism foruniformseed distribution andtheseedstiring bar for enhancing the activity of theseedgroup,the seedfling performance can be improved.By measuring thesizeof soybean sees,the length,width and height of seed tray holes were determined to be 11mm , 10mm and 5.5mm ,respectively,and the outer diameter of seed tray was 218mm . The chamfer of medium hole was analyzed theoretically,and the chamfer of mold hole was 30∘ and the horizontal length of chamfer was 4mm . The influence mechanism of the seed group under the action of theseed separation mechanismof thecone disc was analyzed.The structure typeandthedipangleof thecone surface were determined to be 30∘-50∘ ,and the radius of the seed bar of the cone disc was 3mm . Using EDEM software to carry outthesimulationtestonthedesignedsedfeeder,theoptimalparametersof theseedfeederwereobtainedasfollows:the rotation speed of the seed platter was 27.98r/min ,the number of mold holes was 28.36,the angle of the cone was 44.34∘ ,and the seed qualification index was 98.91% . According to the optimal parameters of simulation,the rotation speed of seeding disc was 28r/min ,the number of mold holes was 28,and the angle of cone was 44∘ .The test results showed that the qualified rate of seeding was 98.23% ,which could meet the operation requirements of soybean seeding.
