Abstract:Itisofgreat significance to increasetheratioof solarenergy aplicationindryingsystemforreducingdrying energyonsumption and improving theeconomic benefitof drying industry.The keyproblems to be solved in the future are to developanefficient solar drying systemandtoformulateareasonable material drying process.Solardrying isa complexstronglycouplednonlinear dynamicsystem,thereareexternal interferenceanduncertaintyofheatand humidity transfermechanismin thedrying process,and the drying model isan important content ofsolar drying technology.The research of preciseand practical drying simulation model,which hasgreat efectonthe optimizationof system design,the improvementof energyutilization eficiencyandtheperformanceofanalysisand predictionsystem,breaks the limitationof traditional experiment.Inthis paper,theaplicationand future development directionof solar drying simulationmodelare reviewed.The application advantagesandexisting disadvantages of drying dynamic models,thermal network models, computational fluiddynamicsmodelsandothersimulationmodelsareanalyzed,andthe development trendof drying simulationmodelsin thefutureispointedout.Considering the interelationshipsamongthe heat and mass transfer mechanismof thedrying material,thepredictionof themacroscopicperformanceof thesystemandthe drying process flow,it is proposed thatthe multi-scalemodelingand simulation technologyand machine learning prediction technology have great potential application value in the future drying system simulation.
