Application Analysis of MBR Membrane Upgrade and Renovation Technology in Sewage Treatment Plants

Abstract:Takingasewagetreatmentplantasacasestudy,thispaperexplores theupgradingandtransformationtechnology of Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR) membrane modules.Through the performance evaluation and technical schemedesign of the current MBR membrane modules,the selection,instalation,andoperationmanagementoptimization measuresof high-performance MBR membrane modules are analyzed.The results showed thattheupgraded high-performance MBR membrane group hadsignificant improvements inwaterqualitystability,treatmentcapacity,andenergyeficiency,and reducedmembrane foulingand cleaning cycles,providingareferencepath for therenewalandrenovationof membrane group equipment in the field of sewage treatment.
