Status and Prospects of the Connection Between Environmental Impact Assessment and Pollutant Discharge Permit System

Abstract： The environmental impact assessment system and the pollutant discharge permit system are the two core systems inthefieldofecologicalenvironmentprotectioninChina，andtheyplayacrucialroleinecologicalenvironment protectionand ecological civilizationconstructionItis necessrytocomprehensivelyanalyzethestatusof theconnection between environmental impactassessmentand polutantdischargepermit system，identifyexistingproblems，and propose improvementsuggestions toprovidetheoreticalsupportandpracticalreferenceforfurtheroptimizing theconnectionbetween the two systems.
