Analysis of the Spatiotemporal Characteristics of Carbon Emissions from Land Use in Fujian Province

Abstract：Theregulation ofland usecarbonemissions plays acrucial roleinachievingthe“dual carbon”goals.Taking Fujian province asa typical case study，this research systematically accounts for andanalyzes thespatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of land usecarbon budgetin Fujian province basedon multi-period landuse and energy consumptiondatafrom2005to2020using thecoeficient method.Theresults indicatethatfrom2005 to2020，Fujian province experienced significant growth incarbon emisions while maintaining relatively stablecarbonsequestrationlevels. Thecoastal urbanagglomerationsdemonstrated substantially highercarbon emission intensitycompared to inlandregions， with the Fuzhou-Quanzhou economic belt emerging as the primary emision hotspot.These findings provide theoretical support and scientific basis for formulating diferentiated regional low-carbon development policies.
