Research on the Evolution， Implementation Effectiveness，and Optimization Path of Water Pollution Control Policies

Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheeconomyandtheadvancementofindustrialization，globalwaterpollutionhas become ncreasinglyserious，causing profound impactsontheecologicalenvironmentand human health.Theevolutionof China’s waterpolutioncontrolpolicies isreviewed，theirimplementationeffectsareanalyzed，andthepolicyoptimization pathsareproposed.During thispriod，thechangesinwaterpolutioncontrolpolicies fromtheinitialregulatoryconstruction to the current systematic governance framework are reviewed，and successful experiences and challenges in policy implementation are explored through case analysis.Research has shown thatthecontinuous evolution of waterpollution control policies playsanimportantroleinsolvingenvironmentalproblems，but further improvementof implementation mechanisms is still needed in the future to achieve long-term sustainable governance.
