Study on the Application of Deep Dehydration and Drying Unit Collaborative Technology in Sludge Incineration Disposal

Abstract:Insewage treatment,sludge,asakeybyproduct,playsacrucialroleinmaintainingenvironmentalhealthand promoting sustainabledevelopmentthrough proper treatmentand disposal.The basic principlesofcollaborative technology is introducedbetweendeepdehydrationanddrying units,andtheadvantagesof this technologyareanalyzed interms of treatment eficiency,energyconsumption,andotheraspects.Theresults indicatethatthesynergisticefectof the two unitscanefectivelyreduce the moisturecontentof sludge,improve itscalorific valueand incineration eficiency.The collaborativetechnologyofdeepdehydrationanddryngunitshelpstoachieveharmless,reduced,andresourcefultreatment of sludge,significantlyeducingpolutantemissonsduring incinerationprocesses,andhasbroadappicationprospectsand enormous promotion value.

大庆市生活垃圾焚烧发电广配套污泥集中处置工程日处理300t污泥(含水率 80% ),该项目采用“超高压立式挤压深度脱水 + 圆盘热干化 + 垃圾发电厂协同焚烧”技术,是“挤压脱水 + 干化”技术首次用于国内污泥协同焚烧的项目。(剩余6331字)
