Study on the Evaluation Method of Air Pollution Prevention and Control Effect Based on Ground Observation

Abstract：Atpresent，therearesome prominentproblems intheevaluationoftheefectiveness ofairpolutionprevention andcontrol，especiallytheinsufficientcomprehensivenessofmultiplepollutants，andthedificultyinanalyzingcausal relationships.This paper constructsan evaluation index model forairpollution preventionand control basedon ground observation，clarifiesthe principlesofobservation pointlayoutandobservation index system，and proposesascientific quantitativeevaluation method bycombining pollutionreduction rate method，airquality improvement index method，and multifactordecompositionmodel.Clasicregional experiments haveverifiedthateach methodexhibitsstrong applicability andreliabilityindiferentscenarios.Theresultsindicatethatthemulti factordecompositionmodelcandeeplyanalyze the contributions ofpolicyand meteorologicalfactors togovernance efectiveness，providing importantreferences foroptimizing regional pollution prevention and control strategies.
