Research on the Application of Ceramic Membrane in Heavy Metal Removal of Ternary Precursor Wastewater

Abstract:Onthebasisof introducing traditionalfiltrationand heavy metalremoval processes,this studyanalyzes the filtratioprinciplesand processcharacteristicsofceramicmembranes.Itinvestigates theefectsofinfluenttemperature, pHvalue,valuable metal content,turbidityand membrane concentrationratioonthe filtrationperformanceofceramic membraes.Ceramicmembranes exhibithighoperationalflexibility,unaffectedbywaterqualityfluctuations,with stable filtrationand heavymetal removal eficiency.Compared to traditional plateand frame filtration,ceramic membrane systems demonstratesignificantlysuperioradvantages includingmorestableoperation,higherautomationlevels,andbeter economic benefits.
