Research on Soil and Water Conservation Practice of Highway Construction Projects under the “Dual Carbon" Target Horizon

Abstract：Undertheperspectiveof the“dual carbon”goals，efectivelyimplementing soiland waterconservation in highwayconstructioncontributes tothe protectionof theecological environment.Taking theconstruction projectofa two一 wayfourlane first-classhighwayinthesouthwest mountainousareaasanexample，the maincharacteristicsofsoil erosion inhighwayconstructioninthisareaareanalyzed.The project folows theprincipleof“preventionfirstandcombination of preventionandcontrol，dividesanumberof preventionandcontrol zones，buildsasoiland waterconservationsystem covering enginering，plantsandtemporary measures，realizes thecoordinated developmentofengineringconstruction and ecologicalprotection，provides theoreticalreferenceforsimilarhighwayconstructionprojects，and promoteshegreen development of highway construction industry..
