Analysis of the Current Status,Problems, and Countermeasures of Arable Land Reserve Resources Development and Utilization in Guizhou Province

Abstract:Guizhou province has implemented measures such as improving the rulesforthedevelopment and utilization ofreserve arable landresources,implementinga lifetime system foracceptanceand verificationresponsibilities,and moderatelyandappropriatelydevelopingandutilizing reservearablelandresources,efectivelyimplementing the balance betweenarable landoccupationandcompensation,and safeguarding theredlineof arable land.However,thereare also some problems inthedevelopmentandutilizationofreservearablelandresourcesatthecurrent stage,mainly manifested asan impreciseunderstandingof thedevelopmentandutilization situation,inadequatecooperationand coordination among multiplestakeholders,and weakdevelopmentandutilizationcapabilities.Inthisregard,weshouldfurthermprove the investigation mechanism,strengthen thecollaborationand cooperation of multiple subjects,steadilyenhancethe development and utilization capabilities,and ensure the effctiveness of resource development and utilization.
