Design of the Integrated Wastewater Treatment Process in the Park of Co-Incineration of Sludge and Kitchen Waste

Abstract:Asludgeandfoodwasteco-incinerationparkadopts the“dryingandincineration”methodforsludge treatment. Food waste undergoes“pre-treatment + anaerobic digestion”,and the resulting solid residues are co-incinerated with sludge.Thepark'sintegrated wastewaterexhibitssignificantfluctuations inwaterquality,complexcomposition,andhigh ammonianitrogencontent,making traditional single-treatmentprocesses insuficient.Toaddress this,acombinedprocess of“pre-treatment + biochemical treatment + advanced treatment”was designed.The treated effluent meets the Level 3standardspecifiedintheChemical Industry Water Pollutant IndirectDischarge Standard(DB41/1135-2016)and the IntegratedWastewaterDischargeStandard(GB8978-1996).
