Application of Belt Cleaning Device in Small Environmental Sanitation Cleaning Vehicles

Abstract:Atpresent,themainstreamroadsweeping machinery inChinaisdivided intotwocategories,namelysuction sweepingsweepersandrolingsweepingsweepers.Inscenarios withhighloads,highhumiditygarbage,orcomplex terrain, traditionalcleaning vehicles havelowcleaningeficiencyandhighmaintenancecosts.Itisnecessarytodesignanew typeof belt cleaning device andapplyit tosmallsanitationcleaning vehicles.During this process,anadaptivecontinuous cleaning system isconstructed through modulardesignand bidirectional conveying technology.The beltcleaningdeviceadopts modulardesignand improvescleaning eficiencyand environmentaladaptabilitythroughadaptiveadjustmenttechnology. Through practical verification, when the garbage load is 5kg/m2 ,the cleaning efficiency of the device is 99 % ，energy consumption is reduced by 18% ,effectively solving the problems of garbage adhesion and entanglement,and providing a new solution for optimizing smalland medium-sized environmental sanitation equipment.
