中医从心辅助论治乳腺癌相关病症的理论应用探讨与思考

[Abstract]Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in clinical practice.This disease notonly has a complex pathogenesis but also many complications，which can easily bring various adverse efects tothe physical and mentalhealthoffemalepatients.Thisarticle，byreviewingdomesticandforeignliteratureinrecentyears，elaborates onthe progressof relevant theories and pharmacological mechanisms from aspects such asthe holistic concept of theheartand the imbalanceof the internal environment，thecorrelation between the heart governing thespirit and the heart governing the blood vessels and breast cancer，and the mimicryof breast cancer angiogenesis and he regulation of the microenvironment. Meanwhile，this article also summarizes thecurent clinical practice status of traditional Chinese medicine in treating breast cancer with theheart-based auxiliary treatment from aspects such as theuse of traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate the toxic and side effcts caused by radiotherapy，chemotherapy drugs and endocrine therapy，improve and regulate the emotional stress state of breast cancer patients，and improve andrelieve postoperative fatigue，painand other related symptoms.Inorder to provide clinical ideas and necessary reference basis forbeter application of traditional Chinese medicine inthe diagnosis and treatment of breastcancerrelated diseases inthe future.
