血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症患者的临床效果

[Abstract]Objective:To evaluate the clinical effct of hemoperfusion (HP)combined with hemodialysis (HD)inthe treatment of uremia patients,with emphasis on exploring its influence onrenal function,inflammatory factors and calcium and phosphorus metabolism parameters.Method:A total of 84 patients with uremia admitted to the Department of Nephrologyof Fuzhou First People's Hospital from February 2O22 to February 2024 were prospectively included and divided into the observation group (treated with HP combined with HD, n =42)and the control group (treated only with HD, n=42 )according to the random number table method. The changes of renal function indicators,inflammatory factors and calcium and phosphorus metabolism related indicators before treatment and after3 months of treatment in the two groups werecompared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was statisticaly analyzed.Result: After 3 months of treatment,the levels of BUNand Scr in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the levels of serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF- α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). After3monthsof treatment,thelevels ofblood phosphorusand intactparathyroid hormone (iPTH) intheobservation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P> 0.05).Conclusion:HP combined with HDsignificantlyoptimizes the renal functionofuremia patients,inhibitsmicro-inflammatoryresponses andcorrects calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders through a synergistic clearance mechanism, without increasing the treatment risk.
