地奥司明联合复方黄柏液坐浴对肛周脓肿患者术后恢复的影响

[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the effects of Diosmin combined with Compound Huangbai Liquid sitz bath on wound recovery and inflammatory factor levels in patients with perianal abscessafter surgery.Method： A total of 10O postoperative patients with perianal abscessadmited to Fuqing City Hospital ofFujian were randomly selected from March 2O23 to March 2O24.The patientswere divided into acontrol group（ n⋅ =50，treatedwith Diosmin） and an observation group （ n =50，treated with Diosmin combined with Compound Huangbai Liquid sitz bath）using arandom number table method.The postoperative recovery status，serum fibronectin （FN），cytokine CD68 ingranulation tisse，and inflammatory factor levels between two groups were compared. Result： After 7days of treatment，the VASscore of the observation group was significantlylower than thatof the control group，and the wound healing time was significantly earlier than that of the control group（ P <0.05）.Before treatment， there were no statistically significant diferences inthe levels of FNand cytokine CD68 in granulation tissue betweenthe two groups （ P >0.05）.After 7 days of treatment，the levels of FN and cytokine CD68 in granulation tissue increased in both groups，and both indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. There were no statistically significant diffrences in thelevels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment （ P> 0.05）.After 7 days of treatment，the levels of CRP，TF- α ，and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Diosmin combined with Compound Huangbai Liquid sitz bath can effctively alleviate postoperative wound pain，promote wound healing，and reduce levels of inflammatory factors in patients with perianal abscess.
