氯替泼诺及玻璃酸钠联用方案在轻中度干眼症中的应用效果

[Abstract]Objective：To analyze theapplication efect of the combined regimenof Loteprednol and Sodium Hyaluronate in mild to moderate dry eye.Method： According to the random number table method，12O patients with mild to moderate dry eye who visited Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from March 2O22 to March 2025 were divided into two groups，with 6O cases in each group. The control group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate，and the observation group was treated with Loteprednol in adition to the control group.Both groups were treated for one month. The clinical efficacy， tear inflammatory factors [IL- ⋅1β ，IL-8， tumor necrosis factor -α （TNF- α ）， hs-CRP]，ocular surface functional indicators [breakup time of tear film （BUT），Schirmer I test （SIt），corneal fluorescein staining （FL） scores] and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Result： After one month of treatment，the total effctive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. One month after treatment，compared with the control group，the levels of IL-1 β ，IL-8， TNF- α and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower，BUTand S It were longer，and the corneal FL scores was lower （ P <0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P >0.05）. Conclusion：Thecombination of Loteprednoland Sodium Hyaluronate hasa remarkable efect in the treatment of mild to moderate dry eye，which can reduce the levels of tear inflammatory factors，improve ocular surface function，and has high safety.
