[Abstract]Objective：To explore theapplication value of trophoblast blood flow signals under transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the early diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP）. Method： A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 7O suspected CSP patients admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June2O21 to June 2O23.Allpatients underwent transvaginalcolorDoppler ultrasound examination before the operation，and their ultrasound image manifestations were recorded.Taking the surgical pathological results as the gold standard，theapplicationvalue of trophoblastblood flow signalsunder transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound inthe earlydiagnosis of CSP was analyzed.Result：Among the7Opatients，61 cases were diagnosed with CSP through surgical pathological， accounting for 87.14% . Totally 56 cases of CSP were confirmed by transvaginal color Dopplerultrasound，including26cases of masstype，18cases of gestational sac type，and12 casesofresidual type.Taking surgical pathologicaldiagnosisasthe gold standard，thesensitivityof trophoblast bloodflow signals under transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing CSP was 90.16 % （55/61），the specificity was 88.89 % （8/9）， the accuracy rate was 90.00% （63/70），and the consistency with surgical pathological diagnosis was relatively high， witha Kappa value of O.639.Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound showed that trophoblast blood flow signals of the vast majority of CSP patients （86.89 % ）originated from the scar.Conclusion：The diagnostic value of trophoblast bloodflowsignalsundertransvaginalcolorDopplerultrasound forCSPwasrelativelyhigh，andtheyalsodemonstrate certain clinical value in classification of CSP， which can provide a reference forthe early diagnosis and treatment of CSP.
