[Abstract] Objective：To explore the combined effect of Henagliflozin on the basis of Metoprolol and Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium inthe treatmentof patients with type 2 diabetes melitus complicated with chronic heart failure，and its influenceonblood glucose indicators andcardiac functionof patients.Method： Atotal of12Opatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart failure admited to Fuxin Central Hospital were selected.The selection period was from March 2022to December 2024.They were divided into two groupsaccording to the random number table method.The control group （6O cases）was treated with oral Metoprololand Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium，and the observation group （6O cases） was treated with Henagliflozin on the basis of the control group.Two groups received continuous treatment for8 weeks.The clinical efcacy，blood glucose indicators，cardiac function， brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）and the occurence of adverse reactions of thetwo groups were compared. Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.After treatment，theleftventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）andcardiac output （CO）inboth groups were higher thanthose beforetreament，whilethe left ventricular end-systolicdiameter （LVESD），left ventricular end-diastolicdiameter （LVEDD），fasting plasma glucose （FPG），2 hours postprandial blood glucose （2 hPG），andBNP were lower thanthose before treatment，the above indicators of the observation group were beter than those of the control group （ P <0.05）. There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the groups （ P>0.05 ）. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of type2diabetes combined withchronic heart failure，Metoprolol and Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with Henagliflozin can effectively promote the improvement of patients'blood glucose indicators and heart failure symptoms，inhibit ventricular remodeling，stabilize ventricular structure，and further improve their cardiac function.
