单孔腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术在小儿腹股沟斜疝中的应用效果

[Abstract]Objective： To analyze the effect of high ligation of hernia sac under single port laparoscopy in the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children.Method：A total of 3OO children with indirect inguinal herniaadmited to Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital，Xinyu City from March 2O22 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method， with 15O cases in each group.The control group underwent double port laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac，while the observation group underwent single port laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac.The surgical conditions and hospital stays，stress response，inflammatory indicators，and complications were compared between the two groups.Result： The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was （3.40±0.4 ）mL，which was less than （5.31±1.25）mL inthe control group，the operation time in the observation group was （21.22±2.30） minutes and the hospital stay was（ 4.20±1.04） days，which were shorter than （25.79±3.41） minutesand （5.79±1.40） days in the control group，the complication rate in the observation group was 1.33% （2/150）， which was lower than 6.00% （9/150）in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. The cortisol （Cor），adrenocorticotropic hormone （ACTH），and adrenaline （AD） levels in the observation group 3 days after surgery were （20.58±2.64） 二 μg/dL ！ （82.48±7.15 ） pg/mL ，and （2.01±0.42）μg/L which were lower than （26.31±3.79 ） μg/dL ， （96.79±8.42）pg/mI 以 （2.46±0.58 ） μg/L in the control group; the levels of IL-6，IL-8，CRP，and TNF- ∝ in the observation group at 3 days after surgery were （8.40±1.54）pg/mL （20号 （19.75±2.46 ！ μg/L ， （8.24±1.59）mg/L ，and （6.20±1.39 ） μg/L ，which were lower than （11.26±1.87）pg/mL （2 （23.48±3.21 ） μg/L ， （11.35±2.49）mg/L ， （8.79±1.84 ） μg/L in the control group，with statistically significant differences （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Single port laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac has the advantages of minimaldamage，fast recovery，and fewer complications in the treatmentof indirect inguinal hernia in children， which can alleviate their stress and inflammatory reactions.
