烟酸对痛性糖尿病周围神经病变症状及神经传导速度的影响

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effects Nicotinic Acid on symptoms and nerve conduction velocity in painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Method: A total 104 patients diagnosed with painful DPN in thePeople's LiberationArmyJointLogisticsSupport UnitfromOctober 2021 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group by drawing lots,with 52 cases in each group.They allreceived basic hypoglycemic therapy.The 52 patients inthe control group weretreated withMecobalamin Tablets,whilethe52patients inthe experimental groupreceivedadditional Nicotinic Acid Injection on top the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for14 days.The effcacy, limb pain-related indicators,nerveconductionvelocity,serum inflammatoryfactorlevelsbeforeandafter treatment, and adverse reactions occurrence were compared between the two groups.Result: The total efective rate after the treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05).After treatment, thefrequencypain attacks, VASscore,andthe longest duration pain inthe experimental group weresignificantly better than those in the control group ( P <0.05).After treatment, the sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) the left limb,SNCV theright limb,motor nerveconductionvelocity(MNCV) the left limb,and MNCV theright limb in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment,the levels serum CRP, IL-6,and TNF- α in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The total incidence adverse reactionsin the experimental groupwas7.69 % ,whichwas significantlylower than 23.08% in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Nicotinic Acid is effective in the treatment painful DPN, which can obviously improve pain symptoms patients,increase nerve conduction velocity,reduce inflammation response body and reduce the occurrence adverse reactions.

糖尿病周围神经病变(diabeticperipheralneuropathy,DPN)是指糖尿病患者在血糖代谢异常基础上所引发的周围神经功能受损的一系列症状与体征,其在糖尿病患者中的发病率为 60%~90% 痛性DPN的临床表现多为隐匿起病、缓慢进展的四肢远端对称性自发性疼痛,并伴有手套-袜套样感觉异常,疼痛性质可包括刺痛、灼痛、电击样痛等[2。(剩余7583字)
