磁电联合技术在产后盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用价值

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of magnetic-electric combined technology (magnetic stimulation + electrical stimulation) in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD).Method: A
retrospective analysis was conducted,and 120 postpartum women with PFD who were admitted to Hezhou Guangji Hospital from January 2O23 to December 2024 were included.They were divided into three groups according to the treatmentplan:the combined group ( n =40,magneticstimulation + electrical stimulation),the magnetic stimulation group( n =40,magnetic stimulation),and the electrical stimulation group( n =40,electrical stimulation). The rehabilitation effects,modified Oxford scale (MOS),international consultation on incontinence questionnaire short form (ICIQ-SF),the degree of pelvic organ prolapse and satisfaction were compared among the three groups. Result:Theoverall effectiverate of rehabilitation of thecombined group (97.50 % )after3months of follow-upwas significantly higher than that of the magnetic stimulation group (77.50 % ) and the electrical stimulation group (75.00 % ) 0 χ2 =7.314,8.538,P=0.007,0.o03).After one course of treatment and three months of folow-up,the MOS and ICIQ-SF scores of the combined group were lower than those of the magnetic stimulation group and the electrical stimulation group ( P <0.05).After one course of treatment,the degree of pelvic organ prolapse in the combined group was better than that in the magnetic stimulation group and the electrical stimulation group (Z=3.225,2.920, P =0.001, O.oo3).The total satisfaction rate of the combined group was 100% ,significantly higher than 80.00% of the magnetic stimulation group and 80.00% of the electrical stimulation group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Magnetic-electric combined technologycan significantlyenhancethe rehabilitation efect of postpartum PFD,improve the strength of pelvic floor musclesand organ prolapse,and the patient satisfactionis high.
