早期康复治疗对脑出血微创清除术后患者神经及运动功能的影响

[Abstract] Objective:To explore the application value of early rehabilitation therapy in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after minimallinvasiveclearance.Method: From July2O24 to January2O25,110patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent minimally invasive clearance in the Second Afiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected and divided into group Aand group B using the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Group A started rehabilitation treatment72hours after theoperation,group B started rehabilitation treatment 48 hours after the operation.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The neurological function (NIHSS scores),motor function [Fugl-Meyerassessment (FMA)scores],anddaily livingactivityability [Barthel index (BI) scores]of the two groups were observed.Result: The NIHSS scores ofboth groups decreased after rehabilitation treatment compared to before rehabilitation treatment,and that in the group B [(10.16±2.30) (2 points] waslower than that in the group A [(11.62±2.59) points]( P <0.05). The FMA scores of both groups after rehabilitation treatment were higher than those before rehabilitation treatment,and that inthe group B [(71.39±9.11 )

points] was higher than that in the group A [(66.71±8.51) points] (P<0.05) . The BI scores of both groups after rehabilitation treatment were higher than those before rehabilitation treatment,and that in the group B [(76.32±12.59) (2号 points] was higher than that in the group A[ (69.78±10.59) points] (P<0.05) .Conclusion:Earlyrehabilitation therapythatbegins 48h after the surgerycan effectively improve the neurological function,motor functionand daily livingactivity abilityof patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive clearance.
