[Abstract]Objective：To analyze the effect of plasma exchange combined with continuous blood purification inthe treatment of patientswithseverebee sting.Method：A total of 68 patients with severe bee stings admitted to Macheng People's Hospital from January 2O2O to March 2O24 were selectedandrandomlydivided into control group and study group，with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment. On this basis，the control group received continuous blood purification treatment，and the study group received plasma exchange combined with continuous blood purification treatment.The biochemical indicators，inflammatory factors，ncidence of complications and clinical eficacyofthe two groups were compared.Result： One week afte the treatment，the levelsofcreatine kinase isoenzyme-MB（CK-MB），Scr，ALT，ASTandBUN inthe study group were lower than those in the control group（ P <0.05）.One week after the treatment， the levelsof IL-8，IL-6 and TNF- α （20 in the study group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group washigher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.Therewasno statistically significantdifference inthe incidence of complications between the two groups （ P >0.05）. Conclusion： Plasma exchange combined with continuous blood purification is effective inthe treatmentof severe bee sting，whichcan improve the clinical symptoms，improve the cure rate，and has high safety.
