高血压前期血压变异性与甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数的研究进展
[Abstract]Contemporary studies define systolic blood pressure of 120-139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure of 8O-89 mmHg as an normal high blood pressure, necesitating early cardiovascular risk intervention. China's latest guidelines emphasize optimizing blood presure variability(BPV)and increasing time in therapeutic range (TR)for blood presure reduction to achieve high-quality blood pressure management. Insulin resistance (IR) is one of the core pathological mechanisms of hypertension. The triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index,as anew typeof IR assessment index, can providea reliable tool for clinical assessment. This article focuses on the pre-hypertensive
population, systematicallsortsouttheresearch progress of BPVand TyG index, aiming to explore the correlation between the two, their clinical value, and their potential in risk stratification.
