参附注射液联合血液净化治疗脓毒症心功能不全的效果观察

[Abstract] Objective：To observe the effect of Shenfu Injection combined with blood purification in the treatment of sepsis induced cardiac insuffciency.Method： Sixty patients with sepsis induced cardiac insufficiency who were treated at Yunfu Hospital of TCM from January 2O24 to April 2025 were selected and grouped using a random number drawing method.The control group （n=3O） was treated with conventional western medicine，and the study group （ n =30） was treated with Shenfu Injection and blood purification on the basis of conventional western medicine.Both groups were treated for5days.The therapeutic efects，and the myocardial injury markers [cardiac troponinI（cTnI），creatine kinase（CK），creatine kinase isoenzyme MB（CK-MB）]，cardiac function [left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF），left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDD）]and inflammatory indicators [WBC， CRP， IL-6，procalcitonin （PCT）] before andafter treatment of the two groups were evaluated.Result： Before treatment， there wereno statistically significant diferences in the levels of myocardial injury markers，cardiac function and inflammatory indicators between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）. After treatment，the total effective rate of the study group was significantlyhigherthan thatof the control group，the levelsofcTnI，CK，CK-MB，WBC，CRP，IL-6，andPCT inthe study group were significantlylower than those in thecontrol group，the LVEFlevel inthe study group was significantlyhigherthan thatinthecontrol group，and theLVEDDwassignificantlysmallerthan thatin thecontrol group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection combined with blood purification in the treatment of sepsis induced cardiac insufficiency has aremarkable effct，which can effectively improve the patients'cardiac functionand alleviate the inflammatory response.
