Abstract:Withthecontinuousadvancementof industrialtechnologyandthestrengtheningofintellgenttrends,ashconveying systemsplayacrucialroleinindustrial production.However,traditionalashconveyingsystemssuferfromisuessuchaslow operationaleficiencyhighenergyconsumptionandfrequentfailures,whichseverelyconstraintheeficiencyandprofiabilityof industrialproduction.Therefore,achievinginteligentoperationofashconveyingsystemshasbecomeakeydirectioninthe currentupgradingofindustrialtechnology.Thisstudyaimstoexplorehowtooptimizetheoperationofashconveyingsystems throughintellgentmeanstoenhanceproductioneficiencyreduceenergyconsumption,andminimizefailures.Throughin-depth research,itisexpectedtoprovidestrongsupprtforthetransformationofindustrialinteligenceandpromotethesustanable development ofrelated industries.
