基于BIM技术的轻量化模型与施工进度款支付管理平台关联应用研究

Abstract:Againstthebackdropoftheneweraofdigitalization,BIMtechnologyisusedtomanagethecostofmunicipal projects,bringingnewheightstothedevelopmentofmunicipalprojects.Basedonspecificprojectcasesastheresearchoject, thispaperproposesarelatedaplicationmethodbetweena lightweightmodelbasedonBIM technologyandaconstruction progresspaymentmanagementplatform(TGPMS)tosolvetheproblemsofloweficiencylargeerorsandoverpaymentofproject quantities.Athree-dimensionalBMmodelisbuiltthroughAutodeskRevitsoftware,combinedwithlightweightprocesingand automaticexportofengineeringquantities,andcoordinatedlinkagewiththe"onepicture,twotables"BOQlistisrealized.This methodcansignificantlyimprovetheaccuracyofengineeingquantitycalculationandsetlementeiciency,reducemanual intervention,andprovideageneralizableBIMdemonstrationapplicationformunicipalcomprehensivepipegaleryprojects.
