变电站装配式结构连接节点防腐防水措施研究

Abstract:Underthenewsituationof aceleratingglobal greenandlow-carbondevelopmentandtheimplementationof the "DoubleCarbon"goals,prefabricated structureshavebecomeakeytechnologyfortheconstructionofnewenergysubstations with theirhigheficiencyandlow-carbonadvantages.Thispaperintroducesthecommonformsofconnectignodesinprefabricated prefabricatedstructuresinsubstations,andstudiesandanalyzestheircorosionmechanismandhazardscausedbycoosion.It alsosummarizesandanalyzesthewoleprocessofanti-coosionandwaterprofingmetodsforcoectingnodesinprefabricated structuresinsubstationsfromthreeaspects:nodeselection,anti-corosionmeasuresandlatermaintenance.Finaly,the optimizationdirectionofanti-corrosionandwaterprofingmethodsforconectionofprefabricatedstructuresinsubstationsis discussedandanalyzedfromthedirectionsofmaterialinnovation,intellgenceandgreening.Thepurposeistoprovidedesign referenceforanti-corosiondesignoptimizationandlong-termoperationandmaintenanceofprefabricatedstructuresinnew energy substations.
