Abstract:Intheemerging fieldofbiomimeticaditivemanufacturing,combiningtheformingadvantagesofaditive manufacturing withthedesignconceptofbionicstructurescanobtainmechanicalcomponentsandfunctionaldeviceswith excelentperformance.Thispaperintroducestheaplicationofbionicstructureinaditivemanufacturing,anddesignsbionic laticestructurebasedonaspecialspongeskeleton.Fromtheaspetsofstructuresimplificationofspongeskeleton,digital modelingof bioniclaticestructure,processparameteroptimizationofaddivemanufacturingandperformanceevaluationofbionic latice structure,the research ideas of applying bionic structure to additive manufacturing are introduced in detail.
