Abstract：Intheemerging fieldofbiomimeticaditivemanufacturing，combiningtheformingadvantagesofaditive manufacturing withthedesignconceptofbionicstructurescanobtainmechanicalcomponentsandfunctionaldeviceswith excelentperformance.Thispaperintroducestheaplicationofbionicstructureinaditivemanufacturing，anddesignsbionic laticestructurebasedonaspecialspongeskeleton.Fromtheaspetsofstructuresimplificationofspongeskeleton，digital modelingof bioniclaticestructure，processparameteroptimizationofaddivemanufacturingandperformanceevaluationofbionic latice structure，the research ideas of applying bionic structure to additive manufacturing are introduced in detail.
