Abstract：Toaddress the issueofconnectionscrewsandcross-slidercouplings easilyfaling off during thedaily maintenance，disassembly，andinstalltionofthenegatiepressureconveyingdeviceintheZB25/45packagingmachine，a redesignedconnectionmethodbetween thescrewsandthebaseof thenegative pressure conveying device was developed.This ensuresthattheconnectionscrewsremainfixedtothebaseofthedevicewhilealsosecuring thecross-slidercoupling tothe transmissionshaftofthenegativepresureconveyingdevice.Asaresult，thescrewsandcross-slidercouplingswillnotlloff duringdisassemblyorinstalltionofthenegativepresureconveyingdevice，preventingthedetachmentoftheconnectingblock whenassemblingordisassemblingthealuminumfoilsuctionbeltasembly.Thisimprovementenhancestheeffciencyof maintenance and upkeep for the aluminum foil negative pressure conveying device assembly.
