Abstract:Basedonthewidespreadapplicationof thermosetingfluorinatedpowdercoatingsinoutdorweatherresistanceand corosionprotection,thisstudydesignsaneficientpreparationprocessintegratingcontiuousmixing,meltexrusioncoligand flakeforming,andmulti-stagepulverization.Utilizingkeyequipmentsuchasmulti-stagetwin-rollcrushersanddual-separation ACMmills,acompletetechnicalpathwayfromrawmaterialformulationandprocessparametercontroltopowderparticlesize regulationisestablishd.Systematictestsoncoatingfilmproperties(suchasadhesionweatherresistan,andsurfaceuifority) confirmheefectivenessofthismethodinenhancingthedispersionandcuringuniformityofpowdercoatings.Theresultsprovide significant guidance for the process optimization and industrialization of functional powder coating materials.
