Abstract：Inresponsetothehighriskandloweficiencyofusingtraditionalmanualtensioningmethodsforhigh-altitude cabletensioningoperations，thispaperproposesthedesignofanautomatictensioningequipmentforpowercablesinhigh-altitudecable tensioningoperations.Theautomatictensioningequipmentforpowercablesmainlyconsistsofkeypartssuchashook fxingend，electrictighteningequipment，fixedendandcablepuler，andforceband.Thecomponentsworkcloselytogetherto achieveheautomatictensioningfunctionofthecable.Throughpracticalapplicationandanalysis，theapplicationofpowercable automatictensioningequipmenthasshortenedthesinglehigh-altudelinetensioningoperationtimebyabout25minutes，effectively improving the efciencyof high-altitude operations，and the designed equipment has good performance.
