Abstract:Thispaperproposesadynamicenergy-saving strategybasedonmodel predictivecontrol(MPC) forpermanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) driving pump-like loads.By establishing a d-q axis mathematical model of PMSM and combiningthetorque-flowdynamiccharacteristicsofpump-likeloads,thedynamiccouplingrelationshipbetweenthemotorand theloadisanalyzed,revealingthepotentialofenergy-savingoptimization.Onthisbasis,adynamicenergy-savingcotoler frameworkbasedonMPC-isdesigned,whichfurtherimprovestheenergyeficiencyofthesystembydefiningenergy-saving objectivefuncons,introduingconstraintsimplementingrollngoptizationandfedackcoetion.Finallytebustsad efectivenessof thecontrol strategyareverifiedbyanalyzing thetuningandstabilityoftheMPCcontrolparameters.
