Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsofalargeamountofconsumables,inconvenientinstalationandprocessngofthebelt pullyofthewaterinjectionpump,finiteelementanalysisandthemethodofreducingthestructuralsizepercentageareadopted tooptimizethestructureofthebeltpuleyofthewaterinjectionpump.Throughtheexperimentalverificationandmarket verificationofthesimulatedandoptimizedstructure,theoptimizedschemeisefective.Usingthismethod,themassofthebelt pulleyisreduced by 30% compared with that of the original belt pulley,saving about more than 5OOoO yuan.Through the tests andbatchapplications,thereliabilityofthebeltpullyhasbeenverifed.Theresearchresultsshowthatforthemethodof proportionalreductionandoptimizationofthebeltpully,theload-bearingcapacityofthewholeproductanditscomponents meetsthedesignrequirements,andtheservicelifeofthecomponentsandtheoverallservicelifeconformtothedesign requirements;alltechnicalindicatorsoftheproductmetthedesignandusagerequirements,andthemethodofreducingthe structuralsizepercentagemeetstherequirementsofengineringaplications,whichhasguidingsignificanceforthedesignof reducing the weight and increasing the efficiency of the belt pulley.
