基于改进NSGA-Ⅲ算法的区域水资源多目标优化配置

Abstract:Inorder toimprove thecomputing eficiencyandsolvingacuracyof thethirdgenerationnon-dominatedsorting geneticalgorithm(NSGA-II),theI-NSGA-Ialgorithmwasformedbyimprovingreferencepointsandoptimizingscreening strategies.TakingthesouthernwatersupplyareaofJinzhongCityasanexample,awaterresourcesoptimalalocationmodelwas constructed,andtheimprovedalgorithmandtheTOPSISsolutionmodelwereappliedtoobtainthealocationplan.Theresults show that the comprehensive performance of the improved algorithm is beter than that of NSGA- ,andhigh-quality Pareto solution setscan be obtained;thewater shortage is large under theplannedannual water supply frequencyof 75% ,andthe solutionobtainedbysetingwater-savingscenarioscansignificantlyreducelocalwaterconsumptionandecologicalenvironment pressure. The I-NSGA- Il algorithm can provide reference for multi-objective optimal allocation of regional water resources.
